Blaze Hotel Management will take control of the asset, books, inventories, cash and banking access privileges and will work and implement procedures to comply with any court. Blaze hotel Management will work with the development of a business plan, marketing plan to re-position the same to a level that the lender or private investors can sell the assets at the levels that it required, maximizing their return on the investment.
As a hotel receiver Blaze Hotel Management will:
- Review the "Order Appointing Receiver"
- Take-Over the property and secure every asset.
- Provide and Oversee day to day property Management.
- Develop Business plan and implement Standards and Policies
- Create a CapEx analysis
- Notify all creditors and suppliers of appointment as receiver.
- Review of franchise agreements, insurance policies, vendor contracts and leases to determine if they need to be continued, terminated or renegotiated.
- Provide timely progress reports of operational and financial performance.
- Make all necessary court reports.
